We work hard to describe our socks accurately, including fiber content, compression level, and sizing. Screen colors vary from device to device, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the sock you receive. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product, and to limit quantities, at any time.

3. Comfort and wellness statements

Clover Socks are everyday apparel. Statements on this Site about comfort, fit, and graduated compression describe how the socks are made and how customers describe wearing them. They are not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have circulation concerns, diabetes, an injury, or any other health question, please talk with your own healthcare professional before wearing compression socks.

4. Pricing, offers, and errors

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Bundle offers (for example, "Buy 2, Get 2 Free") apply automatically at checkout when the qualifying items are in your cart, cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel or refuse any order placed at that price and will refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, a suspected error, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, and we will refund any amount charged.

7. Intellectual property

The Clover Socks name, the four-leaf clover mark, and all text, images, and design on this Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with our business. Please only submit content that is yours to share and that is honest about your own experience.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
